MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS & FEES - Effective August 1, 2010 

FULL PRIVILEGE
A Full Member, and any family Member who qualifies, is entitled to all privileges of the clubhouse and grounds.
           *Initiation Fee   $1,500.00 Initiation Fee             
            Dues - $388 + tax / carts inclusive $488 + tax

CORPORATE
The Core two memberships must be in the Full Privilege Category.  Each core member receives 2 guest golf passes per month.  The initiation fee and dues for this category are the same.  The Member's company can then assign up to four (4) designees for dining and swimming privileges with no dues attached.

             Dues - $388 + tax / carts inclusive $488 + tax

JUNIOR
This membership is designed for the young golfer (includes wife and children) up to 36 years of age.  It is full privileges at a reduced rate.
            *Initiation Fee   $500.00 Initiation Fee 
             Dues - $215.00 + tax / carts inclusive $315 + tax

TENNIS
For the non-golfing family, Tennis Members, and any family who qualify, are entitled to all privileges of the clubhouse and grounds with the exception of the golf courses and driving range.
             *Initiation Fee……….$150.00    
             Single Dues............................. $103.00 + tax    Food & Beverage  $90.00 or Plan B  $25.00
             Family Dues............................ $120.00  + tax   Food & Beverage  $150.00 or Plan B  $25.00 

SOCIAL
A Social Member, and any family Member who qualifies, can enjoy all the benefits of our social events, dining, pools, and complete use of the clubhouse and grounds with the exception of the golf courses and tennis courts.
              *Initiation Fee……….$150.00           
              Monthly Dues…………………………………$85.00 + tax

 Guest Greens Fees - Weekday - $55 ($40 after 3:00)    Cart Fees - $14.00 per rider - 18 holes
 Weekend & Holiday - $75 ($50 after 3:00)                                      $7.00 per rider - 9 holes

                                                                                              $55.00 per month - Personal cart

All above Memberships require you to choose between one of the following options:
        Option A:  Food & Beverage minimum $150.00 per quarterly billing.
        Option B:  Monthly Dues are increased by $25.00 per month.

Dues are subject to annual review and possible change.
