John Phillips, General Manager                         July 2010 Dear Indian Springs Country Club Members, I would like to remind everyone to hydrate all you can through this hot part of the summer on the golf courses and tennis courts.  Effective August 1, 2010, we will have an initiation fee for new members here at ISCC.  Please let family and friends that might be interested in joining know to do so before August 1, 2010. The rumor that we have cut back on maintenance on the golf course is absolutely incorrect.  This is the busiest time of the year and we have the same amount of crew and mowers as we had last year.  The last three weeks of rain caused us to get off schedule and the rough is growing like crazy, but we will continue to work hard to catch up. Thanks to Butch Clifton for building our new deck by the tennis shop.  It is beautiful. And finally, my apologies to our members for the condition of the Cabana dressing rooms.  I am getting some bids to redo our roof.  Every rain would bring a new leak area and affect the ceiling and walls that we were fixing.  I am aware that it is bad and we will have it improved I hope very soon.   Sincerly, John Phillips, General Manager, Indian Springs Country Club
